Refund and Returns Policy

At Team Hellcat LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
2. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used parts
- Custom-built or special-order items
- Electrical components
- Clearance or final sale items
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion if the product shows signs of installation, misuse, or damage.

Please include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged or defective)
Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturer defect.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund (minus applicable restocking fee and shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original payment method.
- Processing times vary but typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Exchanges

9. Limitation of Liability
Team Hellcat LLC is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Damage caused by misuse
- Labor costs
- Tuning-related issues
- Consequential or incidental damages
All performance parts are intended for off-road use unless otherwise stated.
