If you are looking to maximize the airflow through your Gen5 3.0L Whipple Supercharger, Kong Performance has you covered. Our supercharger port designs are based on years of pushing the bar while breaking record after record in the world of supercharged vehicles. All ports were designed, created, tested, and programmed on our 5 axis CNC in house using our proprietary port design methods!
Our port work includes opening the snout inlet to 120mm to accept larger throttle bodies. After the snout is machined, we open up the case inlet to match the snout and do extensive machine work to maximize getting all the air into the Gen5 3.0 rotor pack to make maximum power. This port is recommended if you intend to spin the supercharger at 13,000 RPM or above for best results.
FAST TURN AROUND! We typically operate at a 3-7 business day turn around time on porting so we can get your supercharger back to you as quickly as possible!
The process is simple!
- Once you checkout, print out your emailed receipt and put that in a box with your supercharger. Make sure the supercharger is padded well on all sides. (Do not use packing peanuts)
- Be sure to remove all sensors and gaskets please!
- We prefer UPS, Fedex, or DHL for shipping to us.
