The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 1 Supercharger Upgrade Kit is built for 2021-2025 Dodge Durango Hellcat owners who want more airflow, more cooling capacity, and more performance headroom from the 6.2L platform while keeping true street manners and emissions compliance. This is a complete Whipple upgrade system engineered to deliver strong power, instant boost, and repeatable performance from a package designed specifically for the late-model Durango Hellcat.

POWER: With 93 octane fuel, the Whipple Gen 6 Stage 1 system is rated for up to 710 HP and 650 LB-FT of torque. The result is stronger acceleration, harder mid-range pull, and the immediate throttle response expected from a properly matched Whipple twin-screw system.

At the center of the package is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, designed to move more air with greater efficiency than smaller factory-style positive displacement systems. The Stage 1 configuration is built around the factory throttle body, making it an excellent choice for customers who want a direct, high-performance upgrade while retaining stock throttle body packaging.

Airflow is a major part of the Whipple advantage. The system uses a 112mm inlet design that is compatible with the stock throttle body as well as 102mm, 105mm, and Whipple 112mm throttle body configurations. The included high-flow cold air intake system helps feed the supercharger with the airflow needed for strong, usable performance throughout the RPM range.

Cooling is equally important. The patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler design helps control charge air temperatures while the inverted supercharger layout allows for oversized intercooler packaging. That combination gives the Durango Hellcat more consistent performance under load and better thermal control than restrictive upgrade paths that do not address airflow and cooling together.

This Whipple system is engineered as a complete bolt-on upgrade. No internal engine modifications are required, and the package is designed for stock, well-maintained engine combinations using premium fuel. For 2018 and newer applications, gateway unlock tool support is included with complete kits, and Whipple calibration support is required before installation.
