We developed a 100% billet intake manifold with a built-in air\/water intercooler in it that will come STANDARD with all of the kits. We started the kit by developing a billet stainless flange to mate\/seal to the factory manifolds(we have made 1400+whp through them) because doing headers on these trucks is not fun as you may know. The hotside is made out of 2.5&#8243; 304 Stainless that will come ceramic coated. Exhaust will connect right to the factory Cat-back or any aftermarket exhaust. Cold side piping is made out of 3&#8243; 304 stainless that transitions to a 4&#8243; pipe to &#8220;fill&#8221; the engine bay all of the way to the throttle body.<\/p>\n<p>Example- The stock RAM TRX makes around 630-640whp at 12PSI of boost.
