Hellcat Billet Racing Belt Tensioner Set

Our Hellcat Racing Belt Tensioner is fabricated from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum and is designed and engineered using our custom springs, hardened steel shafts, needle and thrust bearings.  This is a direct bolt on replacement for the stock tensioner for the supercharger drive and with 35 LBS of spring tension it is nearly twice as strong as the factory tensioner.  This item is sold with a 72 MM x 10 Rib Double Bearing Grooved Billet Pulley (weighing 1 LB less than the stock pulley) on the Tensioner, a 73 MM x 10 Rib Double Bearing Smooth Billet Idler Pulley, which is designed to replace the steel upper idler from the factory, also weighs 1 LB less than the factory pulley, 2 Billet Dust covers and all necessary mounting hardware.All components are anodized, providing a hardened finish for protection and to minimize belt wear.
